We’re rolling out disposal initiator notifications to improve transparency and tracking in the disposal approval process.
This enhancement ensures that records managers who initiate disposal requests receive real-time updates, eliminating the need for manual status checks and improving efficiency.
Here’s what’s new:
- Automated status updates: When a disposal request is approved or rejected, the initiator will now receive a notification.
- Improved visibility: No more manual follow-ups — initiators can track the status of their requests at a glance.
