AI Systems Dashboard

  • Updated

The AI Systems Dashboard provides a centralized view of all registered AI systems within your organization. It enables you to track AI system submissions, review status and risk levels, and manage both internal and public contributions to your AI governance program.

This dashboard is a critical component of system visibility and lifecycle oversight, allowing teams to ensure no AI system goes undocumented or unreviewed.

Purpose

This dashboard supports responsible AI governance by helping organizations:

  • Maintain an up-to-date record of all AI systems

  • Monitor risk classification and approval progress

  • Track how AI systems enter the organization (internal or public submissions)

  • Surface systems that require review or action

It acts as the starting point for managing individual AI systems and initiating broader oversight activities.
