This section covers four smaller but essential tabs within the AI System Details Dashboard: Feedback, Approval, Logs, and Comments. Each tab contributes to visibility, accountability, and governance tracking for the AI system.
Feedback
The Feedback tab surfaces AI-related issues submitted by individuals within the organization, including those who may not be active RexCommand users. Feedback may include reported hallucinations, system errors, ethical concerns, or unexpected behavior observed during real-world use.
This tab is connected to the broader Feedback and Public Submissions area of the platform and provides a consolidated view of feedback related specifically to this AI system.
Approval
The Approval tab is used to coordinate and track the approval process for the AI system. This tab integrates with the Audit Readiness section of the platform, where you can create and manage a checklist of tasks that approvers must complete before granting final approval. This ensures all necessary governance actions are verified and documented before the system is cleared for use.
Approval status options include:
Draft
Under Review
Pending Changes
Approved
Rejected
Approval actions are permission-based and may vary depending on the system’s risk classification, ensuring higher-risk systems undergo appropriate review.
For more information, see Audit Readiness.
Logs
The Logs tab provides an audit trail of changes made to the AI system over time. This includes updates to status, edits to system details, linked or unlinked data, assessments completed, and more. Each log entry is timestamped and attributed to the user who made the change.
Comments
The Comments tab is a space for internal team members to leave notes or discussion points related to the AI system. These comments are visible to users with access to the system record and help support collaboration and transparency.
Notes
These tabs are designed for traceability and collaboration but do not typically require extensive configuration.
Feedback can originate from users outside the core governance team, helping ensure broader organizational visibility.
Approval permissions are influenced by risk level to enforce proper oversight.
Logs and comments support internal transparency and help maintain a clear audit trail.
