The Settings Dashboard can be accessed by clicking the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of the RexCommand interface. From here, administrators and users can manage individual account preferences, organization-level configuration, and access controls.
The dashboard is organized into three main sections:

Security
Management
Each tab is described below. Click the title to view detailed documentation for each section.
Account
The Account tab displays your user profile and account information. This is also where you can configure the policy acknowledgement reminder schedule, allowing you to define how often reminder emails are sent to employees who have not yet acknowledged assigned policies.
Security
The Security tab allows you to manage password settings and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. Enabling 2FA provides an additional layer of security to protect access to sensitive governance data.
Management
The Management tab provides access to organization-wide configuration options. This includes Employee and User Management, as well as other administrative controls to manage roles, permissions, and governance settings across your RexCommand instance.
