Team Management Dashboard

The Team Management Dashboard is where administrators can view, manage, and invite users to their RexCommand team. This includes inviting new team members as either Admins or Members, depending on their role in your organization’s AI governance program.

Key Features

  • Invite New Users
    Send invitations to join your RexCommand organization. You can specify whether the invitee should be added as an Admin or a Member.

  • Manage Existing Team Members
    View the list of all current team members, including their role and email address.

  • Pending Invites
    View and manage invitations that have not yet been accepted. From this section, you can:

    • Resend invitations

    • Cancel or delete pending invites

Roles

Admins

Admins have elevated privileges and can perform actions such as:

  • Assigning training and policies to employees

  • Creating and publishing policies

  • Approving policy versions and training programs

  • Managing risk, data, and AI system inventories

  • Configuring settings, users, and system integrations

Members

Members are general users (typically employees or contributors) who:

  • Receive training assignments

  • Acknowledge policies and attest to completion

  • Submit feedback on AI systems

  • May be allowed to submit new AI systems or incidents for review, depending on permissions

Notes

  • Only Admins can access the Team Management Dashboard.

  • Role assignment impacts what each user can see and do within RexCommand.

  • Keeping your team list current ensures governance workflows operate as expected across the platform.
