  • Updated

The Training Management Dashboard provides a centralized overview of all AI-related training programs across your organization. It helps administrators track program status, monitor assignee progress, and ensure training compliance aligned with AI governance frameworks.

Purpose

This dashboard enables oversight of AI training activities. From here, users can create new training programs, view existing ones, and monitor key metrics to ensure assignees are completing the training appropriate for their roles and responsibilities.

Key Features

  • Total Programs – Displays the number of training programs created, including their current status (e.g., active, draft).

  • Assignments – Shows how many training assignments have been issued and how many have been completed.

  • Completion Rate – Reflects the percentage of completed assignments across all programs.

  • Overdue – Indicates how many assignments are past due and may require follow-up.

  • Search and Filters – Use the search bar or dropdowns to filter programs by status or AI RMF domain.

  • Training Program Cards – Each listed program displays:

    • Title and description

    • Assigned AI RMF Domains

    • Target Roles

    • Delivery mode and duration (e.g., 10 minutes, online)

    • Assignment count and completion progress

    • Program status (e.g., Draft)

  • New Training Program – Click this button to launch the training creation flow. You can define training content, assign roles, and set recurrence or certification duration.

  • View Details – Click this to open a specific training program and manage its content, assignments, and settings.

  • Edit / Delete – Use the inline buttons to update program content or remove a draft.

Notes

  • Training can be aligned to one or more AI RMF domains for governance alignment.

  • Assignments are tracked per assignee and can be filtered by domain or completion status.

  • Training modules can be targeted to specific job roles based on risk exposure or AI interaction.

  • Draft programs remain editable and do not trigger notifications or assignments until activated.

  • The Overdue indicator helps identify training that requires follow-up from assignees.
