Product Update: File Plan Usability Improvements
We’re excited to share usability improvements to the File Plan tree display, designed to make it easier for users to navigate their File Plan and quickly locate information about their Record Categories.
These enhancements provide a clearer, more intuitive view of the File Plan, supporting users as they create and modify Record Categories with greater ease and confidence.
Here’s what’s new:
Configurable columns: Users can select any Record Category property to display as a column, adjust column widths, and reorder columns to suit their preferences.
Sortable rows: Users can sort Record Categories within each hierarchy node by any column, allowing for easier organization and review.
Filter rows: Users can quickly locate specific Record Categories by applying filters to one or more columns.
