RexCommand November 2025 Release

  • Updated

Risk Triage

The new Risk Triage feature enables organizations to perform a quick, structured assessment of potential risks associated with each AI system in their inventory.
Located under Risk Assessment → Risk Triage, it helps determine whether further privacy or risk evaluations are needed based on data sensitivity, user exposure, and business criticality.

Administrators can also classify AI systems by AI Use Category (e.g., biometric analysis, employment decisions, or critical infrastructure), ensuring consistent governance and compliance alignment.

Expanded Shadow AI Discovery (available in paid plans)

Strengthen oversight of Shadow AI with expanded discovery tools — connect to Hugging Face and Microsoft Entra ID to discover and manage AI systems across your environment.
These new integrations extend visibility into both registered and unregistered AI use, helping administrators maintain a complete and governed AI inventory.

(Microsoft Intune, Okta, and Microsoft Defender integrations are coming soon.)

Discover AI Enhancements

The Discover AI tab continues to provide visibility across your environment, helping administrators uncover hidden or unregistered AI usage for consistent governance and compliance assurance.

To request a new connector, submit a request from your Discover AI → Request Connector tab in RexCommand.
