The Training Module in RexCommand enables organizations to design, manage, and deliver AI-related training programs to employees. Administrators can now choose from three flexible creation options to build training programs that align with governance frameworks, organizational standards, and role-based learning needs.
This enhancement expands how training programs are created, without changing how staff receive, complete, or are tracked for training assignments.
Purpose
The Training Module allows organizations to create structured training programs that support AI governance, risk management, and compliance objectives.
With the introduction of multiple creation options, administrators can:
Use RexCommand-recommended training templates for faster adoption.
Build fully custom training templates with structured steps.
Reference external training resources already in use across the organization.
All training programs created through these options appear in the Training Management Dashboard, where they can be assigned, tracked, and audited.
Training Creation Options

This option helps organizations get started quickly while still allowing customization.
Option 2 – Build Your Own Custom Training Template
Administrators can create a training program entirely from scratch using structured training steps.
Supported training step types:
Text-based content
Video links
Quiz steps for learner assessment
This option extends the existing training creation experience by introducing step-based content, enabling more interactive and modular training programs.
Option 3 – Link to External Training Resources
Organizations can reference existing external training content by attaching:
A single URL, or
Multiple URLs linking to different courses or resources
This option is ideal when training is delivered through third-party platforms but still needs to be tracked and governed within RexCommand.
