View reports in RecordPoint (embedded reporting)

Reporting and Analytics lets you view standard reports directly in RecordPoint. In this version, you can open reports and apply filters to explore the data.

What’s new

You can now access standard reports from within the RecordPoint user interface, without needing to navigate to a separate reporting tool.

Who this is for

  • Application Administrators who need access to reporting views

  • Records Managers who need reporting visibility for governance and operational insights

For more information about built-in roles, see User Roles.

Where to find it

In the left navigation, select Reporting.

  • This opens Reporting and Analytics in a new browser tab.

View a report

  1. In RecordPoint, select Reporting from the left navigation.

  2. In the new browser tab, under Your Reports, find the report you want to view.

  3. Select View Report on the report card.

  • Your Reports: Lists the reports available to you.

  • Report tile: Shows the report name and description.

  • View Report: Opens the selected report.
