Viewing the Audit Log

To view the Audit Log for a profile, click on the Audit tab when viewing the Profile Details page.

Audit event types

Each row in the Audit page provides the detail of an action that was performed on your Physical Profile.

You can use the Filter panel at the top right of the page to filter the audits for a Physical Profile.

Below is a list of what each Audit Log entry means specifically in Records365:

Audit Event Type Operations to be Audited Username Description
Physical Profile Created When a Physical Profile is created in Records365. The email of the user responsible for creating the Physical Profile. [objectType] [title] was created by [userName]
Physical Profile Modified When a Physical Profile is modified in Records365. The email of the user responsible for updating the Physical Profile. [objectType] [title] was edited by [userName]
Physical Profile Access Modified When a Physical Profile access control has been modified in Records365. The email of the user responsible for changing the access to the Physical Profile. Access to [objectType][title] has been modified by [UserName]: [group /user email] [action], [group / user email] [action].
