Product Update: Bulk acceptance and reclassification of records

  • Updated

You can now perform a large-scale reclassification of records, making it even easier to train your machine learning models in the Classification Intelligence module. If you are not using the Classification Intelligence module you can still benefit from these enhancements to bulk reclassify records from the advanced search.

Bulk acceptance and reclassification when using the Classification Intelligence module

Effortlessly accept the suggested category for more than 30 records at a time and reclassify an equal number of records simultaneously. These changes are designed to expedite the process, providing greater convenience and positively impacting the continuous learning and refinement of your machine learning models.

Utilize the advanced search functionality in the Classification tab to gather a set of records on which you would like to take action.

You are then prompted with an action to confirm you want to choose only the selected items or all the items in that search result. In the example shown we will be bulk reclassifying all items to the “Agreements/Contracts” category.
