Enabling the AI agent is an opt-in feature. To complete activation, you will need to complete application registration in your Microsoft environment prior to using RexAI.
If at any point you would like access to RexAI removed, you may do so by sending a ticket to support@recordpoint.com or removing its access from your Microsoft EntraID.

🧠 Your Data Stays Within Our Trusted Infrastructure
Your data never leaves the infrastructure we currently use to process and store your content. All AI processing is handled exclusively within RecordPoint's dedicated cloud infrastructure, and never shared with or sent to public Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or similar services.
The entire environment remains governed by our certified SOC 2 and IRAP-compliant infrastructure, ensuring your data is processed in alignment with industry-leading security protocols.
This ensures your data remains within the same secure boundaries that protect your information today.
🛡️ No Data Sharing, No Cross-Tenant Access
We maintain strict tenant isolation at all levels. Your data:
- Is never shared across tenants.
- Is not used to train any AI models—neither public nor proprietary.
- Remains under your sole ownership and governance.
Each customer's data is processed in an isolated environment, consistent with RecordPoint’s long-standing security and compliance posture.
🚫 No Model Training on Your Data
We do not use your data to train any machine learning or AI models, now or in the future. This means:
- Your documents, records, and metadata are not retained for model improvement.
- There is no feedback loop from your queries into any training datasets.
- AI insights are generated on demand using transient compute—your data does not persist beyond what is required to produce immediate results.

While our AI agent is designed to provide helpful and relevant responses, we always recommend validating any important answers by checking directly in the RecordPoint web app or through your existing RecordPoint reporting tools. This ensures the highest level of confidence and verifiability when making decisions based on AI-generated outputs.
