Risk Assessments Dashboard

The Risk Assessments Dashboard provides a centralized view of all risk assessments conducted across your AI systems and datasets. It allows users to monitor assessment progress, review submissions, and access relevant assessment activity at a glance.

Purpose

This dashboard helps organizations manage the evaluation of AI-related risks by surfacing in-progress and completed assessments in one place. It supports visibility, tracking, and follow-through on required governance actions.

Key Metrics

At the top of the page, summary cards show:

  • Total Assessments – The total number of assessments across the environment

  • Completed – The number of assessments that have been submitted and marked as complete

  • In Progress – Assessments that are still being worked on

  • AI Systems – The number of unique systems with assessments linked to them

Filters

Use the filters to narrow down the list of assessments by:

  • Status – Filter by assessment progress (e.g., Completed, In Progress)

  • Type – Filter between AI systems and datasets

  • Template – View assessments based on a specific template

  • Search – Look up assessments by keyword or entity name

Click Clear Filters to reset all selections.

Risk Assessments Table

The table below displays each individual risk assessment, including:

  • Entity – The system or dataset being assessed. Clicking the name will take you directly to its details page.

  • Type – Identifies whether the entity is an AI system or dataset.

  • Template – The assessment template used (e.g., Privacy Impact Assessment).

  • Assessor – The user assigned to perform the assessment.

  • Status – Indicates whether the assessment is in progress or completed.

  • Assessment Date – When the assessment was started.

  • Completion Date – When the assessment was submitted (if applicable).

  • Actions:

    • View – View metadata such as assessor, dates, and status.

    • Continue – Resume an in-progress assessment.

Running a New Assessment

To begin a new assessment, click the Run New Assessment button in the top-right corner. Learn more about running a new assessment

  • All assessments shown here reflect system-wide activity, not just for a single AI solution.

  • Use the dashboard regularly to track evaluation progress and ensure assessments are completed as required.
