We’re excited to introduce in-app reporting, bringing analytics and reporting directly into the RecordPoint UI.
You can now access, view, and share compliance and governance insights without Power BI, extra logins, or specialist skills. This enhancement removes common reporting barriers and gives executives and stakeholders clear, trusted visibility into governance performance – all within the RecordPoint experience.
Here’s what’s new:
Reporting without barriers
- View reports natively in RecordPoint – no Power BI licenses or credentials needed.
- Eliminate firewall, access, and handoff issues by keeping reporting fully in-app.
Executive-ready insights in a click
- Present high-impact views like duplicate and disposal reporting from a unified dashboard.
- Export reports in PDF or CSV for executives, auditors, and stakeholders.
- Use consistent, reliable insights to support leadership conversations.
Confidence in compliance performance
- Users only see data relevant to their role and organization.
- Reduce reliance on manual reporting and workarounds.
- Demonstrate compliance outcomes consistently over time.
In-app reporting makes analytics accessible to everyone – not just Power BI experts – so the right people can see the right insights at the right time, without compromising security or usability.
This enhancement will be available to all customers by Wednesday, January 21st.
