We’re excited to introduce RexAI, an AI-driven tool that brings natural language search to the RecordPoint platform. With RexAI, you can find the right information faster than ever — just by asking. Whether you're tackling eDiscovery, compliance requests, or day-to-day information retrieval, RexAI makes it easier than ever.
You can also combine it with our broader AI Governance capabilities to provide a secure interface for AI Governance projects. RexAI is a no cost additional feature and will be enabled in all public geos that have not opted out by August 13, 2025.

Data and security controls
RecordPoint takes the security and privacy of your data extremely seriously and it is core to how we design and implement our platform. RexAI does not alter the fundamental controls applied to your data:
- All data stays within your RecordPoint environment and is not shared either cross-tenant or with external LLMs
- The controls listed in our SOC 2 Type 2 and Australian Government IRAP assessment all apply
- No model training using your data
- RexAI is not enabled by default so you have ultimate control over it's availability in your environment
Enabling RexAI
Once deployed to your environment, to use RexAI, you will need to authorize the agent using the standard consent process which you used to enable RecordPoint. To start the consent process ask your Entra ID Global Admin to log onto RecordPoint and click on the RexAI menu item which will trigger the consent request. More information and step by step instructions are available on the RecordPoint Help Center. RexAI will be enabled in all public geos that have not opted out by August 13, 2025. It will not be enabled in any private geos.
