Compliance Management
Compliance Management introduces a centralized workspace for tracking AI compliance across multiple governance frameworks. Accessible via Compliance → Compliance Tracking, it allows teams to manage controls, upload and reuse evidence, and monitor fulfillment status across standards such as NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and ISO/IEC 42001.
By leveraging standardized control mapping, organizations can reduce duplication, improve audit readiness, and maintain consistent oversight of AI compliance obligations from a single view.
Simplified AI Submission
The AI Submission form experience has been redesigned to make registering AI systems faster and more intuitive. A guided, context-aware form uses progressive disclosure to surface only relevant questions based on earlier selections, reducing complexity while improving accuracy and consistency.
This streamlined submission flow applies to both admin-managed AI records and the AI Public Submission Form, ensuring clearer reviews, better classification, and less back-and-forth during approval.
Risk Overview Dashboard
The Risk Overview Dashboard provides a centralized, high-level view of AI risks across the organization. It helps teams track risk discovery, treatment progress, and residual exposure over time, with clear links back to AI systems and datasets.
Automated Risk Calculation
Automated Risk Calculation enables consistent, structured risk scoring for AI systems and datasets using standardized assessment templates. Individual assessments generate their own risk scores, which are automatically rolled up into an overall risk recommendation—while still allowing manual overrides when needed.
Training Module – Flexible Training Program Creation
The Training Module now supports flexible training program creation using RexCommand-recommended templates, custom step-based content, or external training links. This allows organizations to deliver role-based AI governance training and track completion from a single dashboard.
Partners Hub
The Partners Hub connects customers with trusted third-party experts who can support AI governance, risk management, compliance, and operational rollout. It provides access to specialist advisory and implementation support when additional expertise is needed beyond the platform.
